Spinal Injury Sangh Nepal (SISN), is a registered non-profit organisation that seeks to roll back, as far as possible, the despair that burdens victims of spinal injury and their families. Its inception stems from the visionary idea of Kanak Mani Dixit, the founder, who himself overcame a broken back sustained in a trekking accident in August 2000.
